Team
The Attrace Team has an incentive from the Attrace project to help to build the worlds first decentralised referral layer that can work with any asset on any blockchain.
Vision
The Attrace Team aims to develop software that should run and evolve by itself in a self sustainable community. As a consequence, it is prepared to be open source, and contributors are strongly encouraged to contribute and take the lead in solutions.
Structure
The team is developing a decentralised solution, which will eventually become DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation). Mirroring this, the Attrace Team itself is geographically decentralised, working in South-East, the Caucasus, Scandinavia and Middle America. The team members work autonomously and have a strong ownership over their code and components.

What we're looking for
Community & Marketing Manager
Remote
Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy to grow the community involving all components. Structure marketing outings, communicate them with KOLs, community leads and paid content to have synergy and maximal combined exposure
- Engage with the community to spark the excitement about the Attrace project on daily basis, identify key believers and start the Ambassador program to ensure growth
- Be in close contact with the product and development team. Identify new features to share with community and socials, translate this to high quality articles to share with the community and share on socials
- Identify issues brought up by users and community, follow up with product, and loop back results and expectations
- Host AMA sessions with community and partners
- Engage with Influencers/KOLs to onboard them as strong promoters of Attrace app
- Support in setting up community governance model towards road to DAO
Qualities:
- Fluent English, both written and speech.
- In order to sell the product you need to be passionate about web3 and its potential, and able to understand the product in detail. Technical understanding of blockchain and Attrace components is a must, you should be able to pitch this to an audience.
- Experience with building a community and relationships
- Must be well informed about the newest crypto and NFT trends
- Ability to think outside the box to hack the community growth governance

We are looking for a React developer to join our team. You will be working impementation of our dApp, and integration of various partners into the Attrace Referral Farm ecosystem.
- Proficient with React, mid to senior level
- Good knowledge of frontend architecture

- Expert with modern client web programming languages and standards: JavaScript (ES6/7), CSS3 (using either SASS or SCSS), HTML5, etc.
